We announce our weekly menu on our site and social media, every Thursday. From that day until the following Wednesday you can choose the type of bag you want to order. The bag will arrive on the following Monday or Tuesday.
ABOUT THE FOOD
- What is in the bag?
Fresh ingredients will be delivered directly to your door which include meats, vegetables, spices, fish, and more. Also it includes the recipes with simple step by step instructions, so even the most inexperienced cook can prepare a delicious meal.
You will have a variety of dishes prepared by our chef each week
- How many people can I order for?
Our classic and premium bags are designed for 2 to 4 persons and our vegetarian bag is designed for 1, 2 and 4 persons.
- How many meals per week can I order?
You can order 4 meals.
- How often do you update the menus?

We offer a set menu of 4 meals arranged by our chef.

We take care of your well being, so we are working to respond to your individual needs. Communicate with us at email@example.com if you believe that the degree of compliance is minimal and we will evaluate it and see what we can possibly do.
- How long does it take to cook the meals?
All of our meals are designed to be able to cook in about 40 minutes.
- How long does the ingredients stay fresh to cook?
Our meals are designed to stay fresh for 1 week. However, we always send recommendations to cook certain recipes first to avoid certain sensitive products like fish and green-leaves from spoiling in your refrigerator.
- Do I have to wash the vegetables before I cook them?
Yes, we always recommend to wash the vegetables before you cook them.
- What ingredients should I have in my house?
The products we all usually have at home such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, flour.
- How can I find out the menus for the coming week?
Follow us on Facebook and recive updates of next weeks menu or subscribe to our newsletter and get the menu sent to you. You can also check it on our website www.quesecome.com.
- Do I need to have any special equipment in the kitchen?
All you need is basic equipment such as a pot (with lid), frying pan, spatula and / or heat-resistant spoon, knife, cutting board, baking sheet, peeler, foil, strainer, grater, potato masher.
- Who are the food providers for QESECOME.COM?
Our suppliers are carefully selected to bring you top quality ingredients. In addition, all the ingredients are reviewed and selected according to a standard of quality by our staff.
ABOUT THE DELIVERY
- Do you deliver in all of Argentina?
At the moment we deliver in Ciudad Autonoma Buenos Aires and parts of Gran Buenos Aires, but we are planning to expand soon.
- What are the days and times of delivery?
Our days of delivery are Mondays between 18.30 and 21.30 pm and Tuesdays between 09.00 and 12.00 am.
- What happens if I am not at home when you deliver the bag?
We have a delivery method in which we provide a range of delivery hours to reach your address. In the event that, for whatever reason we will arrange for a new time with the surcharge for this re-delivery.
- Are the ingredients kept fresh during the transport to my house?
Yes, each bag is carefully packaged to stay fresh for several hours after the arrival of delivery. However, we recommend that you put the contents in the refrigerator as soon as possible for best results.
- What are the different payment options?
We accept cash, credit cards and direct debit.
- Can I pay when I recieve the bag?
Yes, in cash.
- When is the last day to order?
Wednesday at 23.30 to recieve the bag the following Monday.
- If there are ingredients missing in the bag, what should I do?
All bags are checked before being delivered. In the unlikely event that an ingredient is missing, comunicate with us 0800-222-1723 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve it shortly.
- My bag has not arrived, what should I do?
If your bag has not arrived within the time range, comunicate with us through 0800 222 1723 or write to us at email@example.com and we will solve it shortly.
- How much does the delivery cost?
It is free in Capital Federal with a cost of $10 in Gran Buenos Aires!
